Our focus is on developing a safe, consistent practice to achieve maximum sustainable benefits. Our director has been
practicing yoga for 13 years and is certified in the instruction of Bikram Yoga (Hatha), Core Power Yoga (Power/Flow) and YogaFit (flow) in addition to other experience in classical yoga flow and Sivananda Yoga. Beginners are welcome and encouraged with no intimidation, as we have a unique opportunity in our area to grow a yoga community where there is not yet a great deal of yoga exposure - We offer warm, flow, power flow and yin/yang yoga in a 1000SF practice room.
One Joyful Yoga is a Purna Yoga lifestyle center in which Jayne teaches safe, joyful classes.
Purna Yoga is the
complete yoga that includes alignment-based asana, heart-centered meditation and healthy lifestyle choices. Waconda Bay SUP and Yoga offers stand up paddleboard (SUP) and yoga classes using standup paddle boards as floating yoga mats on the peaceful Waconda Bay, near Harrison, TN during warm weather (usually May-Sept) Jayne specializes in SUP, Heartfull Meditation and Purna Yoga Therapy
Fitness Together started as a one-on-one personal training business in 2006. We develop exercise prescriptions and
supportive nutrition plans for our clients to help them reach their health & fitness goals. We offer Yoga and Group Training classes for our clients to maximize their training program. We have 3 private training suites including a large private room for Yoga. Our facility also includes a cardio room and 2 private bathrooms.
