include (but aren't limited to) Hot Power, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, Prenatal, Dharma, Kripalu, Beginner's Series, and Ropes Wall Yoga (yes, we have a ropes wall!) Also, we offer a Yoga Alliance certified Teacher Training program.

and chronic conditions. Group yoga classes can be daunting to the new practitioner. The goal of MasterPeace Yoga is to bridge the gap between physical therapy, recovery from illness and surgery and group yoga sessions. Leanne's mission as an instructor is to work one on one in a therapeutic setting as students progress from physical therapy to restorative exercise and then work with students to eventually transition to a small group beginning yoga class.
