YOGA EXERCISE: We teach Classical Hatha Yoga, a gentle, non-competitive style of yoga, suitable for all ages and abilities, including those with injuries and other limitations. Our classes are small, allowing individual attention. Teacher has 30 years' experience teaching yoga and meditation and is registered with Yoga Alliance as E-RYT at the 500 level.
Adult yoga classes: Mondays 12:00-1:30pm and Fridays 6:30-8:00pm. $10 per class. Call or email for directions (NW Austin). RSVP a day ahead.
Children's yoga (ages 4-9): Every other Saturday 1:00-2:00pm. Teen yoga (ages 10-17): Class can be formed anytime with at least 2 students. Call or email for directions (NW Austin) and class dates. $10 per class (sibling discount available; parents are free). RSVP a day ahead.
YOGA MEDITATION & PHILOSOPHY CLASSES: Introductory class for adults and teens (15+) the second Tuesday of the month, 7:00-9:00pm, and the last Sunday of the month, 2:00-4:00pm. For children & teens (ages 5-15), the last Sunday of the month, 4:30-5:30pm, or by appointment. Continuing meditation classes for adults and teens on Wednesdays and Sundays, 7:00-8:30pm. RSVP a day ahead. Location in NW Austin.
YOGA DIET & LIFESTYLE: Free course available by email. Classes and workshops offered occasionally. Monthly Vegetarian Potlucks, usually the third Sunday of the month, 6-7pm. RSVP a day ahead.
RETREATS: Yoga and Meditation retreats in the Hill Country offered a few times a year.
