I've been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching yoga since 2006. I am registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour
level and have 2,750+ hours of teaching experience.
There some spiritual aspects to yoga, but I do not teach them. We will not chant, invoke Hindu gods, or discuss chakras. Each class is a purely physical practice where we work on strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina.

Yoga classes 7 days a week, for $10 or less per class. All our classes are safe for beginners and all ages and fitness
levels. We offer heated and non-heated yoga classes, classes vary from 45 minutes to 90, and will include a beautiful sequence of Hatha poses for a total body experience. Try CAR POOL YOGA - drive 1 car, bring 4 people, pay $5 each for for class. Members pay $75 per month unlimited. We have regularly scheduled meditation classes and practice, and unique, fun, relevant workshops and events. Our facility includes 3 classrooms, and the large room (4500 sf) is perfect for your yoga retreat, workshop, or party.

Aerial Yoga Boerne has an engineer-designed aerial yoga rig that will allow 18 people to swing, flip, and hang out.
The design is built to the same standards as aerial dance (2,000 lbs per person!). We believe in safety -- that is why we had engineers and professional riggers designing and building this project. Our instructors are certified and experienced, always there to spot you and guide you in and out of poses safely. Our studio offers Iyengar yoga, vinyasa flow, gentle yoga, yoga using the rope wall, yoga nidra (meditation), and of course, aerial yoga.
