Classes are all based on Hatha Yoga Practices. Classes are small and intimate with a maximum of 6 students per class.

Yoga practice caters to not just the body but also the mind, intellect and the soul. Our club’s vision is to help individuals achieve a higher-level of consciousness, wellbeing, inner strength, peace and happiness.
Our activities include Yoga for Body – Hath Yoga, Yoga for Mind - Mantra yoga, sonic medication, Kirtan yoga -musical meditation and Yoga for intellect - discussions on the science of self-discovery. We also encourage healthy living through a vegetarian – vegan diet and conduct free cooking classes, and provide free delicious vegetarian meals at our meetings and special events.
