Yoga teacher in 1975. Her training consist of Restorative/Therapeutic Yoga, Adaptive Yoga for MS and Integrative Yoga Therapy. She specializes in seniors and children. Private or Group lessons are available.
Inner Bliss offers a variety of yoga classes from slow and meditative to challenging and empowering. The signature
style offered is vinyasa flow yoga, a dynamic style of yoga where movement is linked with breath combined with a focus on breath, posture, and steady gaze point. In addition, hatha yoga and yin/yang yoga are offered which focus on alignment, a slower pace, and deeper stretching.
Our classes are six week sessions, morning, evening, weekend classes lasting approximate 1hr 20mins. We have beginner,
intermediate advanced and graduate levels. Our focus is age appropriate asanas suited to the individual, along with pranayama and meditation. We also provide weekend and week long retreats and weekend workshops.
