As a well-seasoned Yoga Instructor, I teach Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and iRest® Yoga Nidra. My goal is to empower
my students through the practice of yoga & movement, help them find inner peace, and give them tools to use when they leave class. I teach at Two Rivers Yoga Studio in New Braunfels and offer both group and private classes.

Welcoming environment open to beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. Emphasis on individual attention. Gentle
stretching and strengthening poses. Special invitation to individuals dealing with health concerns and/or physical limitations. Classes end with an extended therapeutic relaxation with pillows, blankets, etc. Private sessions for those needing a safe place to continue and broaden whole body healing after a period of inactivity, or post physical therapy. If you're interested in a customized program that you can take home with you or wanting to begin a fitness program, a Yoga/Pilates based plan will be created just for you. Introduction of various breathing techniques for reducing stress, anxiety and depression. Highest intention is to support you in feeling better and at peace in your body, mind and spirit!
I've been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching yoga since 2006. I am registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour
level and have 2,750+ hours of teaching experience.
There some spiritual aspects to yoga, but I do not teach them. We will not chant, invoke Hindu gods, or discuss chakras. Each class is a purely physical practice where we work on strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina.
