I teach mostly power vinyasa flow as that is what drew me in to yoga about 12 years ago. My philosophy is that we
do yoga to feel good and peaceful - forget about the barriers and obstacles that reside in your thoughts. Come with an open mind and heart! Give yourself permission to allow love and abundance into your life!
Iyengar Yoga with the use of yoga props (with modifications and principles of alignment) allows our students to stay
safe and feel challenged, yet successful. Relaxed, de-stressed and invigorated at our beautiful, peacful studio. As of January 2014 we have added several new teachers and classes for your convenience in finding a class that fits your needs. Over 20 classes a week plus tai chi, Qi Gong and meditation . Steve is our tai chi master and Stacie is our Certified Iyengar yoga instructor plus she is a registered 500 RYT.
