I was a classically trained professional dancer in Boston, MA, and New York City for 15 years and along with ballet
class, I practiced yoga. From my dance training, I was taught the principles of functional anatomy and movement flow and I emphasize these principles in my yoga class. My classes are Ashtanga based, and I offer classes for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. I also teach private clients and special yoga classes for Stress Management, Parkinson’s Disease, and Post Traumatic Stress.
