Snatam Kaur (www.snatamkaur.com,) a rising young devotional singer/ songwriter, has had a large impact on chant and
yoga music with her signature vocals and uplifting presence, selling over 50,000 albums a year and performing to sold-out audiences worldwide, reaching thousands of people on the Celebrate Peace tour, sponsored by Peace Cereal. Her music was heavily influenced by time spent with kirtan master Bhai Hari Singh as well as her father, a manager of The Grateful Dead. In fact, she launched her music career in front of 70,000 at Earth Day 1990 in San Francisco immediately following Bob Weir. Snatam just recently released her fifth solo album, Anand, which follows in the footsteps of New Age Radio and New Age Reporter’s chart topping album, Grace.

Pat currently teaches at Health Advantage Yoga Center in Herndon, Virginia, Sun & Moon Yoga Studio in Fairfax, Virginia
and Arthritis and Sports Wellness Center in Sterling, Virginia. Pat has run yoga workshops for the Girl Scouts and for various schools - the PE program at Loudoun Country Day, the choral department at Herndon Middle School, Herndon High School and at the West Potomac Academy in Alexandria. She has also worked with the Loudoun County Public Library in offering an introduction to Yoga as a part of the Summer Reading Program for Children and Teens. Pat also offers private instruction. She has worked with many clients teaching them to use yoga and breathing to help cope with high blood pressure, Crohn's disease, stress, fibromyalgia and cancer. Pat is a certified Relax and Renew Restorative Yoga teacher. Pat teaches from the heart and emphasizes opening up to the total experience of yoga. She is a former professional dancer and ballet teacher.
