Teaching yoga since 1999, I offer four classes a week, private yoga lessons, workshops, corporate retreats, and hypnotherapy

Classes include modifications for many levels, and while I include some challenging poses, I will remind you that it's not the final shape of the pose that's important, it's your attitude and your breath that make it meaningful.

We offer beginner through advanced training and we are the only Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School between North Seattle and Bellingham.The studio is located in the the Stanwood/Camano area.
We offer a 200 hour yoga teacher training, culminating in a certificate and eligibility to register with the Yoga Alliance. Our studio space is also available for rent for workshops and other events.
