Teaching yoga since 1999, I offer four classes a week, private yoga lessons, workshops, corporate retreats, and hypnotherapy
sessions. See my website for classes at Maple Center in La Conner, Bayside Fitness in Anacortes, and at my serene home studio near Rexville. Classes include modifications for many levels, and while I include some challenging poses, I will remind you that it's not the final shape of the pose that's important, it's your attitude and your breath that make it meaningful.

Debra specializes in Yoga Therapeutics for those seeking personalized guidance to overcome their physical challenges and alleviate pain so that they may bring their bodies back into balance and get back to living a fulfilled life. Her approach is based on the Classical Yoga of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and Krishnamacharya's principle of adapting to the individual. She works extensively with prop use and The Great Yoga Wall™ to help access asanas correctly and bring the body back into alignment physically and energetically. Through this alignment, the body can begin to heal.
