Maureen Houlihan is a 500-hour certified Kripalu yoga teacher. She has been teaching yoga for 16 years. Maureen began
her practice of yoga and meditation over 40 years ago. She has a Master Degree in Education, is a certified infant massage instructor and Reiki Master. Maureen holds classes in her home studio and at Lincoln Center in Stevens Point. She also teaches stress management classes through the continuing education department at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Her teaching exemplifies knowledge, experience and love.
