I offer an 8 week course to teach Mind & Body wellness. Simply put, Mindfulness is the practice of focusing your attention on the present moment, the breath, the body, and the senses without judgement. A Mindfulness Practice inhances your ability to concentrate, establish clarity, explore creativity, receive innovative thoughts and ideas and deminish stress & anxiety. The benefits of a Mindfulness Practice go on-and-on! The Bureau of Labor Statistics declares a cost savings, upward of $20,000 per year for employees who practice mindfulness. Due to the fact that the two most popular needs for medical attention are related to stress and depression. Both can be effectively addresss through mind-body alignment and techniques taught through Mindfulness.

Meet the Business Owner: Megan is a passionate yoga teacher and energy medicine practitioner with an infectious personality. She was introduced to the meditative & breathing facets of yoga more than 20 years ago as a holistic option to control panic attacks. Her teaching style is a reflection of the empowering belief that yoga cultivates awareness; the earlier in life we discover this tool, the happier and healthier we can be. Whether she is instructing a physically challenging flow class, offering a guided deep relaxation, or creating a personalized therapeutic home practice, Megan makes yoga accessible to everyone. Megan completed her RYT with an emphasis on Anusara. She is blessed with Nischala Devi's inspiring guidance while studying therapeutic yoga and is currently working toward her 800 hr yoga therapy certification. In 2013, Megan completed a 2 1/2 yr training with the Healing Touch Program & is an HTCP. She is also level 2 certified Healing Touch for Animals.

Founder Jenn Moore Mehmke is a yoga teacher, writer and public speaker focused on empowering students to develop personal practices for healthy living. Jenn specializes in private sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs and lifestyle. Jenn has studied for 15 years and has taught more than 1200 hours. She received her 200-hour certification from Svastha Yoga and Ayurveda, and continues her studies in Yoga Therapy with Dr. Ganesh Mohan.
