Guided evening and weekend classes and workshops inspired by the traditions of Sri Krishnamacharya through Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and B.K.S. Iyengar.
Classes focus on breath, alignment, and core, or bandhas. They work towards vinyasa, and empower students to explore in class and through this develop an independent practice, understanding, and awareness. Classes are designed to make yoga accessible to everyone and to help people understand yoga beyond led class, and into life. They can be a bridge to developing a traditional Mysore Ashtanga vinyasa practice, can be "research" for those with a personal Ashtanga practice, or just be classes that take you deep into noticing yourself.
