"7 Day Intensive Yoga Course" with Pancho and Beatrix...Suitable for all levels of Yogic development, the courses cover all aspects of Yoga, both theoretical and practical...the intent is, upon completion of this course, for the student to leave with an independent, self-sufficient practice of Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation as well as a thorough grounding in the more 'esoteric' aspects of spiritual development...the daily format includes approximately 7-8 hours of study split between easily accomplished morning and afternoon sessions......because of our 'deeper than usual' approach this course should appeal to students from the levels of beginner all the way up to advanced... |
