Yin Yoga has the same general aim as most other schools of Yoga...what distinguishes it is the focus that it gives to accessing the deeper faschial connective tissues of the bones, ligaments, and joints of the hips. pelvis, and lower spine...suitable for all levels of ability, Yin Yoga is a perfect compliment for a more 'dynamic' asana practice...In this 4-day workshop, held daily form 9-12:30 AM, we will feature 2 routines, one targeting the spine and the other for the hips...a guided meditation will finish the practice! |
