A relaxed week mixing daily yoga sessions with nature walks leading to meditations in empty hills, isolated bays and beaches. If you’ve missed nature and are looking for a break from your routine to connect with yourself and nature, this is a right program for you. It comprises 4 full days guided walk to different destinations in various hardness, every morning yoga sessions for about 90 min., The group will start the day with morning yoga session which covers pranayama, meditation, Pawanmaktasana warming up series and asanas followed by a short but deep relaxation at 8:00 am, followed by breakfast between 9:30 and 10:30 am. We’ll set out walking around 11:00 am which will take between 2 and 4 hours depending on the destination and hardness. Participants are free and responsible of the snacks they’d like to take with themselves on the walk. Walks are nature walks and should be taken as trekking even though they’ll have meditative aspects so walking shoes or boots are essential and some wind or rainproof gear should be packed just in case.We're running this program three times. We decided to have one more course end of January when it's a special time to observe pinkish white blossomed almond groves during the walks. If you come in March or April the nature is just adorable and you can eat fresh almonds.If you come in October it is still very warm in Datça and swimming season for us so please pack your swimming gear as well. Dinner will be served at 7:30 pm All tuition, guiding service, transport to walking spots, shared accomodation, open buffet breakfast and four vegeterian dinners are included in the price of €580 per person.
