Since 2006 David Breen has been offering Yoga Teacher Training in Concord, NH. In this 9 month long journey you can begin to delve into the philosophy of Yoga and the Yoga lifestyle. Learn how our thoughts words and actions affect our daily lives. Learning the Yoga postures are only one aspect of Yoga. In our training you will learn how to “teach” Yoga, not just how to “do” Yoga. You will learn about this ancient Yoga philosophy and how to integrate it into your life. You will learn about breathing and how how powerful, Yoga breathing techniques can calm the brain and bring balance into your everyday life. Sure, the stretching of the body will make you feel good, but Yoga is so much more and we will introduce you to the practice that most graduates of our program call “life changing”. Over the course of 9 months you will make new friends who are on the same journey. We meet one weekend per month. Sharing Yoga's 200 hour RYT training program is a Registered Yoga School with the Yoga Alliance. You don't need to have a desire to teach Yoga in order to learn about Yoga.
