Ongoing Teacher Training, Yoga of India is the only school in Georgia qualified to train and certify RYT 200 and 500 level Yoga Alliance RYT teachers. As well as 100 level certification and Master level. Nothing crazy here! Just true yoga. True yoga is what was originally created to help the elites stay younger and longer. It was considered the fountain of youth. Because, it is safe, friendly and strengthening. [Strengthening: physically, mentally & emotionally].
