Sun, 2-5pm Swami Saradananda introduces you to the revitalizing and regenerating effects that breathing exercises can have on your body and mind. By working with your physical breath and learning to control it, you can gain control of the more subtle energies within your body. You will be presented with powerful tools to make your mind calm, clear and steady. The programme is unique in its practical as well as theoretical approach - and promises to be of great interest to practitioners of all yoga traditions.

Swami Saradananda is an internationally-renowned yoga and meditation teacher who inspires you to want to practise. Her classes are practical as well as theoretical in nature – and always enlightening! She has authored a number of books, including "Yoga Mind and Body", "Relax and Unwind with Yoga", "Chakra Meditation", "The Power of Breath" and "The Essential Guide to Chakras".
