Tao Yin Yoga is a practice for everyone, affording the opportunity to "rest" in long-held seated or reclined postures designed to stimulate "chi" energy in the body. In our past-paced Yang oriented world, Yin gives us time to unplug from phones, computers, conversations, traffic, and forceful exercise, and tune into and "connect" with ourselves and our subtle bodies. Poses move from forward bends, hip openers, quad and groin stretches, to gentle backbends and inversions, all with the support of bolsters and blankets. Drop-ins always welcome!
