Program runs over each weekend as follows: Fridays, 5:30-9:30 p.m., Saturdays,12:30-7:30 p.m. and Sundays 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. All hours are included within the program. Program cost $3,990.00 (incl. gst, manual and text books). Program begins Jan. 4, 2013 and ends September 7, 2013. In this program we study the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Upanishads for philosophy, professionalism, deepening pranayama, deepening meditation, specialty research project, designing lesson plans for intermediate classes, sanskrit pronounciation, chakra asanas, koshas, karma & reincarnation, managing finances/taxes, sun & moon salutations, yoga for pregnancy, postnatal, children, youth, restorative yoga, yoga for ms & seniors, iyengar yoga, yoga for joint issues, anusara yoga, anatomy & asana, mudras, yoga for partners and yin yoga.

Must have completed a registered Yoga Alliance RYT200 program for acceptance into this program.
