What actually spoils human life is the fear of life. John Sherman will talk about how that comes to pass, what gives rise to it in the first place, how it manifests in the life in general, and he will show you what you can do to be free of it once and for all.

John Sherman has been speaking to people all over the world for more than 13 years now to bring to all a simple act of inward looking that anyone can do, which has the power to eliminate the hum of anxiety that permeates the lives of most of us. This act, performed just once, triggers a process that leaves us sane and satisfied in the end.

This retreat is a great opportunity to meet with John Sherman in a very intimate and intense way, in a very relaxed and nourishing atmosphere.

Meeting with John Sherman at least twice a day provides a supportive environment for a more intense and deeper exploration of the meeting with yourself, a space where you can be totally immersed in the experience of looking at you.

The Ojai Retreat is a haven of beauty and tranquility nestled on a five-acre hilltop located five minutes from downtown Ojai and 20 minutes from Ventura and the Pacific Ocean.

Participants must arrange for their own accommodations and meals during the retreat. There are a limited number of spaces available.
