Learn to Teach Yoga Fearlessly! Acadiana Yoga and Wellness is offering a Teacher Training Program in an effort to deepen our commitment to our community and to offer a place where students of yoga can expand and intensify their knowledge of this ancient practice. Teacher Training classes are offered on mornings, Monday through Thursday plus 4 Saturdays - allowing students to accommodate career and family schedules. Courses are structured to be strong and intense, yet flexible, encouraging students to explore their own inner resources with commitment and self-discipline. See out website for all the dates. - www.acadianayoga.com -The full 200 hour RYT training consists of classroom hours, plus other activities, such as student teaching & assisting the ERYT, totaling 180 contact hours, + 20 non-contact hours.
Requirements for the course? 1 year minimum of asana practice, a desire to deepen your practice and serve others, and a sense of adventure!
Classes meet 9AM to 6PM on 4 Saturdays & 8:30am to noon on Mondays through Thursdays, starting June 3. Graduation is August!
