YogaCentric is offering our 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. We are a Vinyasa studio and we will have a strong focus on Sequencing and Alignment. Meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and 5 months of classes are included in the cost. Please have at least 6 months of yoga experience, Space is limited. All the weekend dates will be set once the class is established so prior commitments can be accommodated. All days meet 9 am until 6 pm with an hour for lunch. A $200 discount will be given to anyone signed up by November 1st |
