This class is especially for seniors and less flexible beginners over 50 years old. These gentle and safe stretching exercises inspire and support increased vitality, strength and flexibility. Yoga will also help improve breathing, help improve your immune system, will encourage relaxation and help to cope better with discomfort or pain. The physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga are endless. Yoga can be practiced on the floor on a yoga mar or in a chair or a wheelchair.
