During this yoga holiday we will be practising standing, sitting, inverted and restorative postures. We will focus on the alignment of the body with the help of props such as bricks, belts, bolsters, weights, chairs and ropes typical of the Iyengar method. The cost includes the yoga, single room accommodation, and all food. |
