Thai yoga massage therapy is used as a holistic way to restore equilibrium in the body. Thai bodywork focuses on pressure points situated among ten energy lines across the body. It creates a powerful release of stress and tension, an increase in vitality and well-being and it deepens the connection between mind, body and spirit in both the giver and receiver.

This course teaches a classic, 60 to 90-minute traditional Thai massage routine, history, and yoga foundations. The principles of alignment, safety and good practitioner body mechanics will be taught. Advanced training includes the use of Thai herbal therapy, hands-free training, advanced postures and massage table modifications.

We offer several Thai yoga training options from basic (60 hours) to professional (650 hours).
