Finding the infinite connection to your Soul is the key to ultimate balance and happiness. By unlocking the subconscious hold the mind often has on us we can reconnect to the Soul. Through Kundalini Yoga and Guru teachings, we will develop a deeper connection. Yoga will be practiced every morning and afternoon, on top and next to the waterfalls. Fateh Kaur starts the mornings with a Meridian Awakening - a life transforming practice with teaching on Shamanic healing pressure points, and a Kundalini Yoga Kriya session. In the afternoons, a spiritual reading/discussions from Fateh's channeling with Guru Nanak, then Yoga stretching, and 30 minutes of meditation. All meals are included, and green coconuts every morning / fresh Noni, exotic fruits - vegan and raw foods offered to awaken a personal practice of being in touch with our bodies, and expand the aura. This retreat is for a small group of 6-12 persons maximum. Private suites/ private bathrooms - Dragonfly and Goddess Suites for singles. Couples pay $1,995.00 total sharing the same suite w/king bed or *Jacuzzi while available. There is time during the day to enjoy the waterfalls, the beach / adventure tour/ or have a treatment at the Waterfall Spa. |
