Intouch Yoga Level one 200 hour Teacher Training is fully approved by Yoga Alliance and meets International standards. It has a strong focus on depth of understanding particularly in regards to bio-mechanics and injury prevention in teaching asana.

This format encourages an integration of deep spirituality into daily life, by cultivating a dedicated practice throughout the course, that fits with who you are, and where you are up to in your life right now. As opposed to the one month intensive style training, which requires a complete immersion, and disconnection from our mundane daily lives, the part time schedule allows one to continue with the responsibilities of work and parenting, blending the spiritual with the ordinary aspects of our lives.

The one day per week format Level One 200 Intouch Yoga Teacher Training days are Wednesdays and run from 8am-4.30pm in Suffolk Park, near Byron Bay NSW.
