The ReFlex RYT200 yoga alliance yoga teacher's certification is a mentoring program that guides future teacher's and/or yoga aficionados to a better understanding not only of alignment, physiology, and the physical practice of yoga, but the mental and spiritual elements of yoga as well. The summer immersion course is offered at the lowest tuition available, and the all inclusive fee includes classes and extra certificatons. (Payment plans available.) History, philosophy, yoga scriptures and the core beliefs of living your yoga are introduced through readings, academic discussions, classroom exercises and research projects. A practical application approach is given to comprehensive anatomy training and posture and allignment focus. This program is all inclusive, the fee for the course including all mandatory classes and includes additional training experiences for a full year. Participants will also be aerial yoga certified and reiki one certified at the end of the course. This immersion program is every Friday 1:00-9:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00-6:00 for seven weeks. For more information visit ReFlexarts.com. |
