The Art & Science of Vinyasa Krama Yoga, Complete Vinyasa A 45 hour training programme run as a 7 day intensive Summer school (non-residential). The course will cover the principles of practice – the science – and the art form of Yoga. It includes the complete Vinyasa Krama series of 11 classical sequences including all important postures and around 700 vinyasas. Vinyasa Krama Yoga represents the full breadth of yogasana teachings of Sri T. Krishnamacharya. This course is based on Steve Brandon’s studies with Srivatsa Ramaswami, a life-long student of Krishnamacharya and author of The Complete Book of Vinyasa Yoga. Suitable for: Yoga practitioners – gain an understanding of this unique, authentic method of Hatha Yoga.
Student Yoga Teachers - This module gives you 45 hours towards our Vinyasa Krama Yoga Teacher Training Course and is approved by AYS as IST/CPD. Existing Yoga Teachers – You will receive a Vinyasa Krama Yoga Teaching Certificate on completion. You will then be eligible to register on the Vinyasa Krama Yoga UK website as an affiliate teacher. Enhance your teaching and personal practice. Broaden your knowledge and understanding. |
