*ABOUT ANUSARA YOGA* Anusara Yoga is a life affirming practice of Hatha Yoga founded by John Friend in 1997, which unifies Tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness with Universal Principles of Alignment. Epitomized by a "celebration of the heart" that looks for the good in all people and all things, the practice invites us to go into the naturally expansive flow of hearts to bring about a transformative experience of Joy and Peace on and off the mat.

*Yoga program* Morning & Evening ‘Heart Opening’ Yoga Asana practice with David where we will use the elements around us to inspire the flow of Grace. You will receive 2x Holistic Health Treatments with Dr Jonathan Dao. 1x initial consultation and 1x Treatment (Naturopathy, Ayurvedic Herbs, Japanese Accupunture, Shiatsu).

There will be plenty of time for rest & chill time under the Goan Sun. We are also planning a boat trip and some evening entertainment. Last year we had some traditional Indian dance, beach fires, classical Hindustani music... and a resplendent moon every night.
