Take a holistic approach to stress management and learn to take care of your personal energy reserves! At this workshop we explore the sources and symptoms of stress and discover four dimensions of energy (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual). Through self-assessment and sharing with other participants we develop awareness of what brings us energy and what drains our energy, and gain tips on how to improve our energy management. You will also learn a realistic 15-minute daily hatha yoga practice, and discover specific yoga postures that promote better sleep. No previous yoga experience required.
