Yoga Teacher Training accredited course with Yoga Alliance India. This course will cover all the skills required to teach a Hatha Flow class in a led class format. We will cover many aspect of yoga practice including pranayama and meditation. Included is Noahs famous Anatomy for Yoga Teachers program presented in full and spread over the month. Also James Boag will present Patanjali's Sutra and the Baghavad Gita together with Sanskrit lessons and Kirtan and Chanting. It doesnt get better than this for a TTC and the price is comparable with Indian TTC programs. Dive in! |
