Join clinical psychologist and yoga instructor Ira Israel for a workshop on attaining the keys to a happier and more productive life. Learn to employ the proven tools of Mindfulness, Meditation and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help achieve more fulfilling relationships, professional abundance, flourishing creativity and a more meaningful and happier life overall.

The workshop will begin with a lecture on consciousness and mindfulness - touching on principles borrowed from Buddhism and Hinduism. A 75 to 90 minute asana practice and guided meditation will follow, closing with a metta meditation session.
