| Join experienced Australian yoga teacher, Jessie Chapman of RADIANCE RETREATS, for an awe inspiring Yoga & Walking retreat in the heart of the breathtaking Quiros Valley, in the region of Asturias, northern Spain. We spend 8 glorious days practicing dedicated twice daily yoga and exploring all that this lush green land has to offer with guided daily walks and mountain hiking, village and cultural tours, massage, meditation, core strength classes, evening yoga nidra and lots more. Jessie Chapman has been practicing yoga since 1991 and teaching since 1996. She is the author of 4 yoga books (HarperCollins Australia & Ulysses Press USA) and has created the inspirational Radiance Yoga DVD series. An assistant will be helping to give individual attention and adjustments in the classes with special attention given to yoga beginners. Transfers to and from the retreat are included in the retreat.
