	Join Rebekah Deter on Saturday March 9th from 1:30 - 3:30PM for a workshop that will explore the rudiments of the yoga asana (poses). Focus will be on heightening body awareness for ongoing safe practice, as well as connecting the basic poses learned in Yoga 101 into a sequence (vinyasa). You will also be exposed to some basic yoga breathing practices and restorative poses. This workshop will be a great forum for any of the questions that arise as you begin your journey into yoga! Perfect as a follow-on to Yoga 101 or for anyone desiring a refresher of the basics. 1:30PM - 3:30PM - Cost: $25 - $40 for Yoga 101 and Yoga 102 when purchased together!
