	Thai Massage Level One Part One of Thai Massage Certificate September 5 - 9 and June 5 - June 9 1314 A Esquimalt Road, Victoria Cost $725 - Deposit $150 Early Bird Price: $650 - pay by August 15 In this fun hands on class, students learn how to perform a complete 90 minute Thai Massage. You will learn Thai Massage postures and how to perform the transitions effortlessly, creating the "Dance of Thai Massage. You will learn Prone and Supine postures. You will learn how to maintain proper body alignment that creates a mutually beneficial massage for both practitioner & recipient. We will discuss the history and philosophy of Thai Massage as well as the three major Sen Lines. Integrate "Metta" (compassion) and meditation into your work. You will have enough knowledge to work on family and friends. Or you will be ready to take Level Two and get your Certificate
