Meditation is a way of calming the mind, understanding ourselves and freeing the heart. Through meditation, we naturally become more present, more alive and more able to creatively engage with ourselves and the world around us.

Science has also proven that meditating restructures your brain and can train it to concentrate, feel greater compassion, cope with stress, and more.

In this workshop, following the Vipassana tradition (insight meditation), we will learn and practice fundamental meditation techniques and develop mindfulness in different postures.
