Taking the 200 hours in 20 days will immerse you in the study of yoga. Breaking into weekends would break your concentration on your studies so we have developed 20 consecutive days devoted to yoga and ayurveda. Also, Because you deserve individual attention, classes are Limited to 7. (We take only 7 students on a first come basis, so apply early)

In 20 days you will have the training to begin your teaching career. This is the same Yoga training that leads to national recognition as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance RYT). Our program covers the Yoga Alliance required Techniques, Teaching Methodology, Anatomy & Physiology, Philosophy, Ethics and Lifestyle. Teaching Director Tim Ganley's unique style blends the best of several yoga styles. The understanding and practice of asana is emphasized. You will also study yoga philosophy, ethics, pranayama, anatomy and the business of yoga.
