The Viveka Yoga Holidays Centre is set in beautiful woodland, a wonderful environment for children to learn and play safely in nature. While the parents attend the yoga class, we take care of the children and propose them varied activities. The "Family and yoga" are specially designed for children and their parents. If the children feel like it, they can also have a yoga session after the parents morning session. |
