You are invited to join us for a 4 day yoga retreat in a quirky arty country house hotel, surrounded by magnificent English countryside. 2-3 yoga sessions per day (variety of levels and yoga styles), we'll be practising in a renovated private chapel that will be our own private yoga and meditation space - daily relaxation and meditation - set in beautiful surroundings, on a riverbed - evening drumming - star gazing through an astronomical telescope - delicious veggie meals (some food allergies can be catered for) - nicely decorated rooms |
