The Sun Yoga 200+ hour Teacher Training program is designed with your busy schedule in mind enabling you to maintain your commitments to work, family and other activities during your course of study.

Our program is a physical, emotional and energetic journey of the heart that will strengthen your practice and encourage you to find a deeper connection with yourself.

Upon completion, students will feel confident in their ability to teach yoga and will receive a certificate recognized by Yoga Alliance qualifying them to teach a comprehensive and safe Hatha yoga class.

Class Format: Friday 6pm - 9pm Sat 11am - 6pm (30 min lunch) Sun 10am - 5pm (30 min lunch)
