A workshop divided in 3 days -1 hours each-. This workshop will be design as full yoga class of 2 hours with a longer break in between to focus deeper in the headstand and to build up the fundamentals for your practice of the asana.

During this two hours we will learn: ·Basic principles of aligment ·The 8 steps to the headstand ·Building up confidence, loosing the fear! ·Personal corrections, so that every individual finds the time usually lacked in class and can get their corrections according to body and level ······································································· ALL LEVELS ······································································· King of asanas, the headstand or Sishasana is one of the most power-fully beneficial postures both for the body and the mind. By reversing the normal effects of gravity, it rests the heart, aids the circulation, and relieves pressure from the lower back, as well as improving memory, concentration and sensory faculties. Mastering the headstand requires no great strength.
