program includes 3 classes/week: 2 early morning classes/week (5:30 am mon/thu), 1 wildcard class/week (any class, any time). plus lifestyle resources to support you in your goals (goal-setting, nutrition guidance, yoga philosophy, group activity opportunities calendar, and more). extreme natural action: your body is all the equipment you need. an accessible yet physically intense yoga practice to shift your attitude positively toward awareness and progress. side effects include strength, flexibility, balance. $225 for 10-week course.
