This is a Meditation retreat. It is practice based and silent from Friday after dinner to Sunday after breakfast. Friday evening the retreat opens with a Pranayama and Meditation workshop, followed by informal induction and a delicious, healthy vegetarian dinner. Saturday is spend in silence with solid mindfulness and vipassana practice, interspersing walking meditation with sitting meditation. There's Yoga nidra after lunch, personal and reflection time and an hour of guided meditation in the evening before supper. Sunday starts with walking, and guided meditation gentle, breakfast, some time in the garden and then grounded yoga, Shanti style, to stretch, relax and revitalise.
