Certificate IV in Yoga and Life Education. 600 hour, Government accredited, custody and cricos approved course, conducted as an intensive over 6 months (30 hours/week), or for overseas and austody students, over one academic year. Includes 20 hours a week on the mat and meditation cushion and 10 tutorials at The Shanti Yoga Health Institute, Southport, held twice a month on Sundays from 10am-4pm; and 4 weekend residential retreats at Nirvana Wellness Retreat, each with retreat accommodation for 2 nights and six delicious vegetarian meals; Also includes learning materials: Books, CDs and DVD.
