After a warming yet calming 2 hour yoga class, get ready to either relax in the beautiful grounds of the estate with walled gardens, a vegetable patch and woodlands all around to explore or for the more adventurous explore the Brecon Beacons on a guided hike, or take bikes...even try a horse! For those who prefer watersports, kayak down the river wye, or walk up stream and try out the exhilirating activity gorging or go under ground and try out caving. There is plenty on offer before you come back to a restorative yoga class to re-address the balance on the day.

By dinner time you feel you deserve a 3 course vegetarian meal.

Half an hour treatment is included in the price to relax and soother aching muscles and joints. Fall asleep contentedly in your luxury country pad.
